11岁的Cici去年参加了西雅图活力森林夏令营，今年又参加了英格兰舒兹伯利夏校。夏校的学习和生活都让她无比怀念，成为了她人生中一段珍贵的回忆。

Talking about summer holiday there was a lot of places that I want to go and explore, and I could probably name all the places that I’ve been to. So this summer I was very excited to visit a school in England which is called “Shrewsbury “, when you first heard this name you’ll definitely think of the word strawberry! That was what I think about from the beginning. But time flied so fast, there was even no time for me to dream because I was already on the flight. I just hate long flights which need to be sitting all the time. I even could not feel where my feet are!

We arrived at airport of the UK, we still had to take bus to go to Shrewsbury town. And I also felt nervous to talk to my new classmates who I’ve never met before. On the other hand, it also made me feel happy because there was always a good chance to make new friends! And everything actually went super well, everyone was friendly there, we luckily had a lot of delicious food together and a huge house like a mansion where all the girls live in.

Everyone in the camp needed to go out and visit museum on Sunday. On the other hand，our AL (Activity Leaders) separated us into different groups and went to different sections!

In camp we could also choose classes that we are interested in. For example, I really liked to dance so I chose to dance during activity time with a lot of pretty girls from French. We danced a lot of songs which had so much fun together! We did two performances in 2 weeks, everything was amazing.

Unfortunately, 2 pieces of my braces fell off, so I had to go to the dentist and get my braces fixed. Because there were only private dentists in Shrewsbury, so we had to order and line up for waiting for three days. Afterwards, I could go and fix my braces.

After fixing my braces we had our assembly day which AL’s would give out awards for the star of the week. You would get a medal and a color wrist band, if you got a blue, purple and any yellow wrist bands with a medal which means that you finished getting all the awards! I really enjoyed life in Shrewsbury school and I wish that I could visit there again next summer holiday!
